Load Bearing Wall Inspections
- When removing a wall, you need to have the wall inspected to see if it is load-bearing or not.
- If the wall is load-bearing, we will need to provide an engineering design, which comes with full drawings, computations and a certificate of compliance.
- If a wall is determined to not be load-bearing, we can provide written confirmation (if required) that states this.
